A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is transmitted to the provider that supplies that result flow; the reference does not retain a separate copy of the search. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message and is used to respond.

Hosting and support providers process logs for the reference, while analytics or advertising partners may receive the technical data described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it and otherwise only as needed to run the service.
Safeguards and Retention
The reference uses an encrypted connection and retains logs only for the operational purposes described here. Because the service has no user accounts, it does not maintain a visitor password or user profile.

The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18; contact us if a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where a visitor lives, privacy law may provide access, correction, or deletion rights for information held by a website.
